The Data Integration Intermediate Analyst is responsible for facilitating / executing the day-to-day activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and/or support of use cases through collaboration with Functions, Regions and Lines of Business. An ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required. The role requires sound analytical skills to filter, prioritize and validate complex and dynamic material from various sources to support with business requirement documents, data issues and analysis. Responsibilities: Manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization, including the day-to-day execution activities and meetings Examines and evaluates project status, including detecting potential risks and issues that need escalation or change to project leads Synthesizes, interprets, and refines presentation content and materials for Governance forums Manage day-to-day activities related to the overall program / project, and associated dependencies. Allocate / coordinate work within team or project group Support resolution of project issues by offering solutions to resolve complex problems, and by interpreting and advising on policies, guidelines or processes Liaises with multiple Data teams/departments, and serve as subject matter for planning and analysis of project deliverables and processes Independently conducts analysis and executes tasks that contribute to work streams focusing on broad range of data initiatives including data requirements, issues management, Data Quality rules, lineage, Data Governance and taxonomy Gathers and interprets business requirements and maps current and future state processes Contributes tactically to strategic design and process improvement project implementation across lines of business and functions working with Technology and Operations and other support organizations Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. Qualifications: 2-5 years? experience with defining and implementing Data Quality programs; Banking or Finance industry preferred Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Flexible, team-oriented and have good interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent written and verbal communication skills Education: Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience, Master's degree preferred Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Analysis, Information Systems or related discipline. Experience in implementing, personalizing and optimizing BI solutions using Tableau tool. Familiarity with Agile is a plus. In-depth understanding of financial models, knowledge of advanced statistical techniques and how to apply the techniques to generate substantial business results. Practical experience in managing all stages of the product life cycle. Technical experience with familiarity with relevant data technologies, structured/unstructured databases, data modeling, data management, rapid/iterative development methodologies and data governance tools; Preferable to have worked with Teradata, Oracle, Datalake and in enterprise BI tools such as Tableau Analytics. Experience designing and supporting self-service development workflows for user management. Strong knowledge of delivering high-level standardized analytics across all areas of the organization, with specialized reporting solutions by area, including general management. Demonstrated strong presentation skills, business and technical writing, and verbal communication skills to support decision making and actions. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills to recognize and understand complex designs and data flows. Team spirit and strong communication skills. Knowledge of the Cognos Analytics platform as well as the creation of packages with Cognos Framework Manager is desired. Experience in KPI governance in the banking sector is desired.
