About you I The Position We are looking for a creative and driven Community Manager Intern to join our team in Luxembourg for a 6 month internship. Position: Community Manager Intern Department: Marketing Location: Luxembourg Duration: 6 months Reports to: Digital Marketing Manager Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Develop and schedule engaging content across MDSSs social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok. Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions to cultivate a positive and active online community. Assist in increasing social media reach and engagement. Content Creation Design creative and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and posts, that align with MDSSs brand identity. Collaborate with the design team and external agencies to ensure high quality content delivery. Research and incorporate trending topics, hashtags, and innovative formats to keep the content fresh and appealing. Community Engagement Engage with the online community by managing conversations with followers, influencers, and brand ambassadors. Organize and execute community focused initiatives, contests, and caigns to drive participation and brand loyalty. Maintain a consistent and positive tone in all interactions to enhance the brands reputation. Performance Analysis & Reporting Track and evaluate social media performance using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations based on performance data to optimize strategies. Prepare and present regular reports to the marketing team. Market Research Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging platforms to identify new opportunities. Explore innovative ways to strengthen MDSSs online presence.
