Job Overview:
As a SAP Business Manager, you will manage a team of employees in the DACH region, mainly Germany & Austria.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage goal setting, goal achievement and performance of the team members and support all team members in their career progression by identifying the right assignments, development needs and training opportunities.
2. Develop the organization by ensuring right mix of skills and team members, and by identifying future work areas for the team.
3. Act as Staffing Manager for:
All non-fixed bid demand (receive request from customer, validate request with customer and consult customer where required)
All fixed-bid work projects, as well as for all Project management work for these projects (by estimating the right level of resources and by identifying and supplying the right resources from own team or other centers to the main staffing manager of the overall project).
4. Act as an Escalation Manager for all projects in his space and ensure the creation of all ROMs, RFPs and SOWs
5. Support the Client manager to develop new business models in the responsibility area.
6. Continuously challenge and improve the delivery to the client.
7. Oversee the work of the various technical groups and be responsible for their overall delivery.
8. Own the S&OP (demand and supply planning) process.
Skills and Competencies:
9. Client engagement: Builds and manages client relationships to solve client's delivery run problems and acts as SPOC for the run service outcomes.
10. Industry knowledge: Ability to understand trends in the market and the client’s strategic direction.
11. SAP Portfolio knowledge: Ability to fully understand DXC’s portfolio and manage capability-related work.
12. Prospecting and qualifying SAP leads: Ability to leverage client relationships to identify shifting or emerging opportunities.
13. Account SAP plan: Ability to align productivity and cost optimization plans with business requirements and communicate to the client as required.
14. Deploy and expend: Ability to drive proactive continuous improvements, oversee risk management and ability to manage urgent and complex tasks simultaneously.
15. Leadership: Ability to drive a diverse team of employees and suppliers to deliver within rigorous DXC requirements
