Hauptaufgaben
Serves as Materials Handler with assignments requiring to perform a wide range of warehousing functions. Assignments include handling the receipt of incoming shipments from the off-loading stages through movement of items to storage designated area; selecting proper storage locations for items; assembling items for shipment, and storing, stacking, and palletizing items. Independently completes shipping and receiving documents to ensure correctness of quantities, identification criteria and labeling. May use automated equipment. Utilizes Material Release Order Control and Automated Manifest System Hardware (MROCs).
Receives, unloads, and processes incoming items into groups based on information shown on the receiving vouchers and, as required, segregates materials according to such factors as condition, type of transaction, or property class and routes along appropriate processing lines. Holds materials for inspection according to established procedures and routes items to be reshipped to shipping or packing activities. Follows established procedures for when and how to report over, short, or damaged conditions.
Selects items from stock for shipment or issue matching item identification on issue requests with that at stock locations, checks lists showing stock identification changes to ensure that the proper items are selected and assembled for issue.
Sees that items ready for shipment are properly assembled in the loading area according to information provided on the shipping requests. Checks the condition of shipping containers prior to loading, and sees that shipments are properly loaded on to the right conveyances.
Assists or participates in the performance of physical warehouse inventories. In addition to counting types and quantities of items during inventories, maintains tally listings during the count. Is required to recount or search other storage locations to assists in determining the basis for over, short, or misplaced items. Completes inventory documents.
Operates all types of material handling equipment for which licensed. Equipment utilized is rack stock selector system and hand pallet jacks inside the warehouse with less than 1000 lbs lifting capacity. Equipment is used to move, lift and stack materials of standard and nonstandard size and dimensions.
Assists in supply actions, functions, completes shipping and receiving documents to ensure correctness of quantities, identification criteria and labeling. Utilizes Material Release Order Control and Automated Manifest System Hardware (MROCs) during training cycle.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Beschäftigungsbedingungen
Es handelt sich um eine unbefristete Vollzeitstelle (38.5 Std./Woche). This is a permanent fulltime position (38.5 hrs./week).
• Falls erforderlich, ist der Arbeitnehmer verpflichtet häufig und regelmässig Dienstreisen innerhalb und ausserhalb Deutschlands durchzuführen und regelmässig Schichtarbeit, Wochenend- und Feiertagsarbeit in erforderlichem Umfang zu leisten. /

• Heben und Tragen bis zu 18 kg erforderlich. /
• Employee must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs.
