RWE Offshore Wind GmbH To start as soon as possible, full time / part time, permanent Acting as the service provider's primary commercial representative, this role leads negotiations, proposals, and strategic discussions with joint venture (JV) shareholders. The ideal candidate will have a proven history of negotiating service provider contracts, a deep understanding of offshore wind operations, strong commercial acumen, and proven experience developing complex stakeholder relationships. About the Role: Represent RWE as the Service Provider on all existing and future JVs facing operations agreements, ensuring that RWE's processes, guidelines, and best practices are met and utilized Oversee negotiations for new scopes of work or where agreements require repricing or renegotiation Oversee tender submissions and negotiations for new operations service agreements on existing or development assets Address any disputes or commercial issues in collaboration with the General Managers (GMs) and Finance Managers (FMs) that arise from operational service contracts during the operation of the offshore wind assets, including leading the management of O&M customer claims Working with the operations controlling team to identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and mitigate/manage risk in connection with operational service contracts, including cost efficiencies and revenue optimization. Work with the wider O&M organisation to understand existing service agreements and the risks faced to feed back into developing partnerships Feedback lessons learned into upcoming JV agreements Create and maintain standardised commercial templates/document library to support in commercial discussions with partners but also with the upskilling of the wider business.
