Your Main Responsibilities:
* Create and implement a thorough marketing plan that is in line with the goals and expansion plans of the firm.
* Take the lead in placing our BESS products and solutions in the market to guarantee great brand awareness and competitive distinction.
* Determine consumer demands, market opportunities, and new trends to guide product development and go-to-market tactics.
* Direct the creation and upkeep of the company's brand, making sure that all channels use the same language and positioning.
* Boost the business's influence in the field of renewable energy through media involvement, industry alliances, and content marketing.
* Oversee the production and dissemination of marketing materials, such as presentations, case studies, whitepapers, and product brochures.
* Take the lead in creating and implementing demand generation strategies to increase qualified leads and bolster sales expansion.
* To raise brand visibility and customer involvement, use digital marketing techniques like SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
* Optimise the website and the company's online presence to improve lead generation and user experience.
* Closely collaborate with the product development group to synchronise marketing initiatives with new and improved product releases.
* Create and deliver positioning and messaging for products that are appealing to target markets and customers.
* Perform market research and competition analysis to find areas for differentiation and improve product positioning.
* Work together with the sales team to create and execute training programs and tools that enable the sales process.
* Give the sales team the tools they need to interact with prospects and customers successfully, including presentations, pitch decks, and market intelligence.
* Oversee market research projects to learn more about consumer demands, market trends, and competition dynamics.
* Examine indicators for marketing performance and modify tactics to maximise outcomes and return on investment.
* Provide the executive team with a report on marketing performance that includes observations and suggestions for ongoing development.
* Create, coach, and manage a productive marketing team while promoting a culture of creativity, excellence, and teamwork.
* Clearly define goals, give team members frequent feedback, and encourage opportunities for professional growth.
Your Qualifications and Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a similar discipline (MBA preferable).
* 8+ years of marketing experience, along with a track record of accomplishments in a leadership capacity in the technology, BESS, or renewable energy industries.
* Thorough understanding of the energy sector, with a focus on battery storage and renewable energy sources.
* Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with the capacity to convert market findings into workable plans.
* Proficiency in demand development, product marketing, brand management, and digital marketing.
* Outstanding team management and leadership abilities, with the capacity to uplift and encourage a diverse group of people.
* Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to interact with internal and external stakeholders in an efficient manner.
