A Snapshot of Your Day We are seeking for a highly skilled and experienced "Head of Organizational Change Management (OCM) (f/m/d)" to join our internal and dynamic S4E-Unify Program team. S4E-Unify is one of the major Business- & IT Transformation Programs within global Siemens Energy (SE). Its key objective is to transform our historical patchwork of 23 legacy SAP systems into a completely new platform based on the latest state-of-the-art SAP S/4 HANA technology. This role is pivotal in driving the change management activities within the program and along the rollout roadmap, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication across all levels of the organization. How You'll Make an Impact Lead the Organizational Change Management (OCM) team focusing on communication, stakeholder engagement, training and change management activities Pro-actively interact with all Business Areas, Regions and Functions on all aspects of Change Management: Drive the spirit of together with our internal Customers Represent change management at all program stages and share feedback to enhance global toolkits for future deployments Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance. Develop and maintain the wider Change Network, engaging stakeholders and ensuring effective communication and collaboration Oversee OCM activities within the rollouts, ensuring alignment with overall program objectives and timelines, including impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholders Identify and manage anticipated resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address concerns Oversee the collaboration with the Template Team to develop training materials and deliver trainings in a train-the-trainer approach during rollouts Create and manage measurement systems to track adoption, utilization, and proficiency of individual changes What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational and People Development, Change Management or a equivalent field. A Master's degree is preferred Proven experience in leading organizational change management initiatives, preferably within large-scale transformation and/or digitalization programs (e.g. SAP ERP) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools, change management certifications e.g. PROSCI as a plus Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and lead cross-functional teams and strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
