Your tasks Are you a skilled Research Technician (m/f/d) with experience in protein purification? Do you thrive in a collaborative, cutting-edge scientific environment? Your key responsibilities: You perform protein purification using techniques such as affinity chromatography, size exclusion chromatography, ion exchange and hydrophobic interaction chromatography. You prepare and maintain laboratory reagents, buffers and equipment for experiments. You troubleshoot and optimize purification protocols to achieve high-quality, high-yield protein isolation. You analyze protein purity and concentration using SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and spectrophotometric methods. You maintain detailed and accurate laboratory notebooks and prepare reports. You assist in designing and executing experiments in collaboration with senior researchers and project leads. You ensure adherence to safety and regulatory guidelines in the laboratory. Your profile You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related field. You have proven experience in protein purification techniques (e.g., affinity chromatography, FPLC, HPLC). You are familiar with protein analysis methods such as SDS-PAGE, Western blotting and mass spectrometry. You have strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. You are able to work independently as well as in a team environment. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain meticulous records.
