1. Handling claim and contract management, including strategic considerations
2. Advising project/construction management regarding additional demands or claim defense
3. Performing contractual analyses and providing consulting services
4. Ensuring contract-related documentation compliance
5. Coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
6. Collaborating closely with internal construction law specialists using an integrated consulting approach throughout all project phases
7. Supporting construction sites on location
Qualifikationen
8. Degree in Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Architecture, or a comparable field; specialization in construction management and construction economics is an advantage
9. Relevant professional experience as a claims and change order manager in international project management
10. Profound professional experience and expertise in construction management, construction contract law, construction scheduling, and cost estimation, e.g., as a site manager (m/f/d) or in an engineering consultancy
11. Solid experience with international contract law (e.g., FIDIC, Anglo-American law)
12. Proficient in MS Office, iTWO, and scheduling software
13. Fluent English skills, both written and spoken
14. Strong teamwork skills within an integrated, interdisciplinary work environment, combined with a confident demeanor
15. Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and negotiation abilities
