Your role We are looking for a Senior Paid Marketing Manager (all genders) to lead our acquisition efforts across the paid social channels. You will be responsible for executing and optimizing acquisition campaigns across multiple social media platforms, such as Meta, TikTok, YouTube. You will focus on creating and launching high-impact ad creatives, designing high-converting Landing Pages, conducting experiments, and analyzing data to improve marketing performance. You will also work cross-functionally with the BI, CRO, Design, Influencer and International teams to develop campaigns, design strategies for each market, monitor KPIs, and provide regular business reporting to key stakeholders.
