For the Customer Support of the subscription paying customers, we are looking for several experienced customer service reps (m/f/d) who take care of their questions and requests. The Dutch customer service / customer support is in charge of written and telephone enquieries on the following topics:
* Activation of the trial subscription
* Awarding bonuses for new customers
* Explanation of the different compensation options
* Invoice clarification and crediting
* Maintenance of customer master data (address, bank data)
The following skills are required for the Dutch customer support:
* Service and customer oriented
* Affinity to commercial issues
* Interest in modern remuneration systems
* Willingness to continue to develop the Dutch market
* Willing to work in shifts
* Fluent in Dutch and English
This role can be done 100% from your home, which needs to be in Germany.
