Key Responsibilities As a Marketing Graduate at Coca-Cola, you will join a dynamic team focused on driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market leadership. You will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting marketing campaigns, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and gain hands-on experience in both traditional and digital marketing. Support the development and execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse consumer segments. Conduct consumer and market research to uncover insights that guide brand strategies and messaging. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. Manage social media and digital marketing channels to foster engagement and drive brand awareness. Assist in coordinating product launches, events, and sponsorships to enhance brand visibility. Qualifications: A bachelor’s or master’s degree completed by September 202 5. Availability to start full-time (38 hours /week) on October 1, 202 5. Legal eligibility to work in the country you are applying for No more than 3 years of full-time professional experience. Fluent in English with excellent communication and creative problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated leadership through roles in academic, extracurricular, or professional settings. Desire to lead change, manage complex projects, and collaborate with people in a fast paced, high-performance environment. Openness to different perspectives and a proven ability to work effectively with diverse teams. Previous internship experience with The Coca-Cola Company or its system partners is an advantage.
