As our Hospitality & Event Lead, you will play a key role in shaping both our low-waste café and our dynamic event space, ensuring seamless operations, financial sustainability, and an outstanding experience for our community and clients.
Your journey will begin with a focus on the gastro division, allowing you to fully immerse yourself in café and catering operations, supplier partnerships, and team coordination. By Q3, your role will expand to lead the event team of currently one eventmanager, where you will oversee capacity planning, financial performance, and client engagement. This phased onboarding approach ensures a structured transition, allowing you to make a strong impact in both areas.
You’ll work closely with our Event Manager, forming a strong event duo that balances operational execution and growth. This collaboration not only helps distribute responsibilities effectively but also ensures flexibility and support during peak periods.
