Areas of responsibilities:
1. HR Controlling and Reporting:
* Perform operational HR controlling tasks such as headcount (HC) and personnel expense (PEX) planning, forecasting, and analysis
* Manage salary and bonus calculations, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies
* Provide reliable, timely reporting to internal customers, supporting data-driven decision-making
2. ESG Integration and HR Analytics:
* Understand ESG requirements as they pertain to HR and develop appropriate metrics, KPIs, and reporting frameworks
* Align ESG reporting with the organization’s HR analytics architecture and our Global ESG Manager to ensure consistency and relevance
* Prepare and present ESG reports to senior management and other stakeholders
* Stay informed on global ESG standards, ensuring HR contributions align with best practices and regulatory compliance
3. Digitizing HR Planning and Analytics Processes:
* Support or lead efforts to digitize HR planning, analytics, and reporting processes to improve efficiency and add value
* Help to identify and implement technology solutions to automate workflows and enhance stakeholder experiences
Profile of qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related fields
* Advanced degree or certifications in HR Analytics, ESG, or Technology Management is a plus
* 3+ years of experience in HR operations, controlling or reporting
* Proven expertise in HR metrics ideally also ESG and HR analytics architecture as well as experience in HR technology implementation and process digitization
* Strong proficiency in HR planning and controlling, including forecasting and compensation calculations
* Knowledge of ESG frameworks, reporting standards, and sustainability initiatives
* Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAC) and HR systems (e.g., HRIS, HCM)
* Strong project management skills to deliver digitization initiatives on time and within scope
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
* Advanced English skills, German skills desirable
* Analytical thinker with a results-driven focus and exceptional execution skills as well as strong organizational and prioritization skills
* Technologically savvy with a focus on continuous improvement as well as collaborative and adaptable to changing business needs
