AREA SALES MANAGER (m/f/d) INTERMOUNTAIN SOUTH USA
Your responsibilities:
1. Strategic planning and implementation of all sales activities in the assigned area
2. Establish the LEMKEN brand in the area and build up the business
3. Actively organize individual demonstrations, field days, trade fairs and sales promotion activities
4. Motivate and expand an active dealer network for LEMKEN in the sales area
5. Daily support for dealers in selling and servicing LEMKEN products
6. Being responsible for budget and forecast planning as well as inventory management for your area
7. Recognize market and innovation trends and work together closely with Marketing, Product Management and R&D
Your skills and qualifications:
8. Bachelors’ degree or 4+ year related work experience
9. Several years of experience in a sales position in agricultural engineering or in another sector of the agricultural business
10. Good technical understanding as well as a high level of communication and inter-cultural skills, commitment and ability to work in a team
11. Experienced with Social-Media-Tools, MS Office and comfortable with new technology
12. Being ready to travel intensively
