International and interdisciplinary cooperation: In Personnel Controlling and the Coordination of Controlling Processes, you will be part of the new company to be set up in the future and thus contribute to a globally networked team of around 4300 colleagues operating in over 50 countries. Your tasks will include the independent planning and management of all HR-related key figures as part of the monthly and annual financial statements, the quarterly forecasts and the business plan. You prepare meaningful analyses of the relevant HR-related KPIs and support presentations at management level. You will be the point of contact for management and senior management on complex technical issues relating to HR controlling. You will also be responsible for coordinating the central controlling processes (Monthly Business Report, Current Forecast, Business Plan) and coordinating with the relevant stakeholders. Qualifications Education: completed university studies in business administration or a comparable qualification Experience and Knowledge: several years of professional experience in controlling in an international manufacturing company as well as initial project experience would be an advantage Personality and Working Practice: confident appearance and strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment, assertiveness and persuasiveness. Networked, structured thinking and high analytical skills as well as an understanding of complex structures.
