Work closely with Country & Product Management to set pricing strategies. Utilize the SUGAR platform for sales activity tracking. Identify opportunities and mitigate risks for Rhenus A&O. Participate in sales training and act as lead negotiator in client presentations. Mentor young talent. What You Bring: Bachelor degree in Business/ Logistics or equivalent experience in logistics. A minimum of 5 years field sales in freight forwarding (especially Air & Ocean) Decisions and Problem Solving – analyzing information, evaluating results and using effective approaches for choosing a course of action or developing appropriate solutions Results Orientation – demonstrates a clear understanding of expected outcomes. Sets personal targets and strives to achieve them.
