Key Responsibilities: Partner with the CEO and business leadership team to implement people strategies enhancing workforce capability, productivity, and efficiency. Maintain a strong 'gemba presence' and leadership within the organization. Develop commercially creative solutions that drive continuous improvement and change. Foster a positive workplace culture focused on pace, urgency, and customer focus. Essential Qualifications & Experience: 5-10+ years in HR roles within manufacturing/engineering. Experience in business partnering and transformative projects. Strong business acumen and knowledge of employment law. Experience in strategy, change management, leadership coaching, and employee relations. Desirable: Lean Manufacturing/Continuous Improvement knowledge. CIPD qualification or related degree.
