POSITION
As Product Marketing Manager - Hotel Partners you will contribute to the positioning of our AI-powered platform and products in the supplier landscape. You will be responsible to establish and manage the ongoing engagement with our lodging partners. As the driving force of the solution you will educate and promote the benefits of the HRS ecosystem delivering the highest value and business opportunity to our partners.
CHALLENGE
* Strategy – Lead the supply-facing marketing strategy. Translate the products and features we launch to our lodging partners, through product positioning and communication, driving interest and monetization.
* Messaging – develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates a tech-first platform in the market, and develop all associated sales and marketing content / collateral / tools
* Planning – define the annual marketing plan and communication towards the supplier ecosystem across our main channels
* Curation and creation – act as central point to collaboratively combine, prioritize, refine, add value and publish aggregated content from key subject matter experts
* Build and manage a centralized collection of marketing assets, including product collateral, web content (hotel partner-focused platforms), thought leadership articles, webinars, and blog posts.
* Marketing enablement – plan & execute lifecycle campaigns and support creation of demand generation campaigns with targeting, positioning and content creation in collaboration with the corporate marketing team
* Sales enablement – Drive sales effectiveness by communicating the solution’s value proposition to hotel sales teams and equipping them with impactful sales collaterals to enhance the pipeline and maximize opportunities.
* Competitive intelligence – provide market, ecosystem and competitive analyses to support marketing, sales and product management planning
* Follow up on KPIs, report on success to management, and iterate to maximize the impact of initiatives.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
* Minimum 3 years in a product marketing role for a travel solution provider or major hotel chain.
* Positioning: ability to develop effective positioning strategies to communicate their value proposition to the target B2B audience.
* Market and Customer Understanding: Proficiency in conducting market research, analyzing data, and identifying customer needs to tailor marketing strategies that resonate with B2B customers.
* Messaging and Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to create compelling product messaging and sales collateral for different marketing channels.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing communications, to ensure successful product launches and campaigns.
* Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to analyze data, monitor marketing performance metrics, and use insights to make informed decisions and continuously optimize marketing efforts for better results.
* The ability to keep up with a fast-paced internal environment where products and solutions evolve quickly and need to be accurately integrated into customer journeys as the solutions evolve. Embracing change is a must!
* Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The position is based in Berlin, Germany. The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
