Your job Indeed is seeking a new member of the Readiness team within the Go-to-market (GTM) Accelerate organization.As Senior Specialist, Readiness, you will assist with the launch of new products and product-related changes and initiatives to the Client Success and Sales teams.You willserve as a trusted partner and resource to your aligned partner groups, products, and field teams and regions. You will help shape a positive client experience by actioning field feedback and driving product and process improvement.The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, process-driven and enjoys working cross-functionally. Who you are - You area senior contributor on a team responsible for preparing clients and CS & Sales teams for new product and feature launches. - This role will work cross-functionally with the Product and GTM teams to ensure Indeed's field teams have the right resources and tools to sell, retain, and manage Indeed products. - You serve as an advocate and proxy for field teams globally, ensuring CS and Sales priorities and the experience of their clients are collected and addressed throughout product launches and/or updates. - You will engage CS and Sales within your aligned segments and regions to gather feedback, identify key priorities and deeply understand what is needed to enhance product go-to-market strategy for Indeed's field teams and clients. Your main focus will be on the German-speaking markets and their CS/Sales leadership. - You will ensure you follow and create, where needed, clear channels through which to route feedback from clients and internal partners to facilitate new solutions and translate challenges into product opportunities. - You will communicate complex product and feature changes to a senior audience and document and address questions and feedback accordingly Who we are - Fluency in German and English - 5 years of relevant experience (CS, Sales, project management, change management, product management, strategy roles) - You understand the systems and tools, roles and responsibilities, and operating model of global Client Success and Sales organizations and are client-centric. - Experience supporting go-to-market product launches and/or managing complex client relationships - Exceptional listening, communication and presentation skills with an ability to build rapport with internal partners of diverse cultures, levels of expertise, and seniority.
