The Europe Sales & Marketing Assistant (m/f/d) will assume responsibilities in supporting the marketing activities of the MedTech Sales & Marketing organization.
Besides providing support to the Europe Sales & Marketing Team, the Commercial Excellence Team as well as support of the VP Europe MedTech, located in various countries in the region, there is also an important portion of leading congress & tradeshow organization.
Your assignments
1. Support the Europe MedTech Sales & Marketing organization including travel arrangements, maintain team calendars, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders. Acts as the point of contact between the managers and internal/external contacts
2. Coordinate congress organization, including shipment of devices and materials, team coordination for hotel reservations, etc.
3. Plan events/meetings for large and small groups, both in office and off-site
4. Provide support for organization of the Europe Training Programs including maintaining europe training calendar, issuing letters of invitation, printing and preparing required materials, conference room reservations, catering, hotel and taxi reservations, etc.
5. Receives calls, takes messages and routes correspondence. Handles requests and queries appropriately
6. Maintain and improve on an efficient documentation and filing system
7. Maintains office supplies for the team and manages issuance of purchase orders and payment of invoices
8. Prepares and researches presentations, emails, announcements and other and correspondence. Takes dictation and minutes and accurately enters data
9. Research, purchase and coordinate production of marketing and promotional materials including but not limited to print, electronic media, trade show giveaways, etc. within designated budget
10. Maintain Europe MedTech Sharepoint and distributor portal for information sharing, including uploading documents and organization of site
11. Support the SVP MedTech EMEA including travel arrangements, preparation of expense reports, maintain calendar, arrange meetings and appointments and provide reminders. Acts as the point of contact between the executive, managers and internal/external contacts
12. Act as a back up for the PA of the MedTech Boardmember
Your profile
13. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or in a related field or a comparable education with sufficient professional experience
14. Minimum two years of experience in Sales, Marketing or administrative support roles
15. Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SAP knowledge is a plus
16. Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
17. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail
18. Excellent communication skills and fluency in German and English essential, both oral and written
19. Strong planning and time management skills
20. Experience in digital meetings, graphical design skills is a plus
21. Self-motivated, pro-active and team-oriented
