We are looking for you to join the Administrative Directorate, Human Resources and Rights Management Department in Leipzig as soon as possible as a Key user HR applications with a focus on HCM (m/f/d) Job title: Consultant (m/f/d) Place of work: Leipzig open-ended full-time Your contribution as a key user HR applications with focus on HCM (m/f/d): Support and further development of our HR systems for permanent and freelance employees with your technical expertise for SAP HCM and SAP ESS, including interface maintenance Administration of Umantis applicant management and Haufe Zeugnis Manager Technical contact person for all questions relating to HR systems and user training Definition, testing and acceptance of system adjustments Creation of evaluations from the HR systems and participation in internal and external HR reporting for all forms of employment Development of concepts and implementation of measures for the continuous improvement of HR data quality Technical support for projects to optimize and digitalize HR processes Your professional and personal profile: Can you identify with the values of MDR and want to play an active role in shaping our working environment?
