We are looking for an HR Software Consultant to join our Professional Services team to help shape the future of innovation in healthcare. Your responsibilities: You will play a key role in the implementation of RLDatix software products in German hospitals. Your tasks will include · Programming and configuration of our Allocate Optima SaaS application Collecting, evaluating and documenting business requirements Reporting to key stakeholders · Independent planning of activities with sub-project management depending on the level of experience · Participation in the further development of our software products We are looking for: We are looking for applicants who are committed to making a difference in the healthcare industry through excellent customer service. Ideal candidates should have: · University degree in IT, computer science, business informatics, a related field or equivalent IT training OR degree in economics or relevant professional experience · Strong conceptual and analytical skills and the ability to work independently · Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills when dealing with customers and colleagues · Initiative, excellent self-organization, assertiveness and flexibility. · Willingness to regularly visit our customers in Germany (usually 3 days/week) · Experience in implementing software projects (HR software) OR in payroll accounting, ideally in the healthcare sector, would be an advantage · Experience in conducting user workshops or product training, both one-on-one and in small groups, is welcome · Problem-solving mentality · German language skills at least at level C1 · Good written and spoken English skills What we offer: At RLDatix, you'll be part of a dynamic team contributing to a global leader in health security.
