We are looking for a proactive and organized Working Student to support our Workplace Strategy and Employee Experience team. In this role, you will assist with internal communications, administrative tasks, office organization, and contribute to a smooth office move. Key Responsibilities: Internal Communications Support: Assist with preparing internal communications regarding workplace policies, office updates, and team announcements. Assist in creating newsletters, bulletins, and other communication materials related to office updates. Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the Workplace Strategy and Operations team, including organizing Google Team Database. Help with coordination of events and office-related activities. Maintain office inventory and manage the ordering of supplies. Support team members with ad hoc administrative tasks as needed. Office management & Coordination: Assist with maintaining the office environment, ensuring it remains organized, clean, and fully functional. Support with setup and layout changes in the office to ensure a comfortable and productive work environment. Help implement new organizational strategies to improve office efficiency. Office Move Support: Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of the office move. Help with the packing and unpacking of office equipment and supplies. Support the coordination of logistics related to the move, including liaising with vendors and service providers. Skills & Qualifications: Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Facilities Management, HR, Communications, or related field). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Meticulous when it comes to office organization, inventory management, and ensuring that administrative tasks are completed accurately. Able to spot inconsistencies or issues in processes and resolve them promptly. Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to clearly convey information, write emails, reports, and internal communication materials, and engage with employees and vendors professionally. Ability to assess situations and develop practical solutions. Whether it's troubleshooting a logistical issue during an office move or streamlining a communication process, a proactive and solutions-focused approach is essential. Comfortable working in a dynamic, sometimes unpredictable environment. Proficiency in Google Suite Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience in administrative support or office management is a plus. Knowledge of Workplace Strategy is a plus. Understanding of workplace trends and how office spaces function to support employee productivity and comfort. Knowledge of space planning, office ergonomics, and sustainability initiatives is beneficial.
