Responsibilities Design and implement modern workflows and automation solutions with tangible impact Lead automation solution consultations, focusing on efficiency and in line with our company strategy Design and implement a value-driven roadmap and be aligned with IT counterparts Collaborate with internal customers to craft compelling value propositions and ROI models Engage with key customers to understand challenges and align solutions for delivery Influence product roadmaps based on customer feedback and market demands Drive innovative process improvements projects from a technology standpoint globally, fostering a culture of continuous enhancement Utilize data-driven methods for analytics and optimization of flows Spearhead transformation initiatives, delivering solutions through automation solutions Lead development efforts for product together with IT counterparts Identify potential candidates across product teams, regional automation units or others to build & expand the pipeline for new workflow and automation solutions Oversee community management for automation solutions, including event planning, stakeholder engagement, feedback collection Qualifications Successfully completed degree in shipping, logistics, business, or IT related studies Proven track record in value delivery in consulting, application development, or project management Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities and stakeholder management Proficiency in business process engines and terminology (preferably Camunda, ODM by IBM) and automation other technologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Experience with scaled agile practices and cloud technologies preferred Excellent analytical skills, well-organized and known for being a quick learner Independent, target-oriented way of working, high level of commitment Background in shipping, logistics, or maritime business advantageous Fluent in English; additional languages beneficial
