Your mission: As a License Manager, your mission will be to take responsibility for and manage the lifecycle of licenses (used internally and by clients) for Proximus Luxembourg S.A., as well as ensuring contractual compliance with suppliers. Here are the detailed responsibilities: Responsibilities: Research and Identify Opportunities: Find potential licensing opportunities and optimization Negotiate Agreements: Participate to the negotiation and management of licensing contracts and terms Ensure Compliance: Ensure all licensing agreements comply with relevant laws and regulations Monitor Usage: Track licensing usage, prepare and manage budget Tools: Continue to implement software asset management tool and perform operations Collaborate: Work with Technical, sales, finance, procurement, compliance, and legal teams to manage and protect licensed products Develop Strategies: Create and implement strategies to maximize the value of licenses (including processes) Stay Updated: Keep abreast of changes in licensing regulations and industry trends Report: Provide regular reports on licensing activities and performance to senior management based on KPI Audit : Single point of contact for license audit. Your profile: Education: A degree in business, IT, or a related field is preferred Experience: Proven experience as a Licensing Manager or in a similar role, procurement with IT technical background Technical skills: Mastery of tools, and abilities necessary for the exercise of the function Good knowledge of the software used to equip the employees'' workplace, and the software used in the field of Cloud services: features and licensing principles Technical skills in IT environments (workplace and servers) At least basic knowledge of inventory management and license management software (e.g. ServiceNow) Knowledge: Understanding of contract law and intellectual property rights.
