Your responsibilities: Maintain accurate records, review reports, prepare for financial reviews, process cash requests, and assist with audits Collaborate on project budget development, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved budgets Adhere to donor regulations, identify & address financial risks, and participate in procurement committees Liaise with external partners, respond to inquiries, and provide financial guidance to colleagues Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices Work closely with finance and program teams to achieve organizational goals Your profile: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial management, in the NGO or INGO sector Fluent written and spoken in Arabic and English languages; Turkish is an asset Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles and auditing practices Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office applications, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills What we offer: A responsible and exciting job in a committed, international working environment A well-equipped workplace in Gaziantep A full-time position funded until mid-2025 with the possibility of extension Adequate compensation according to MI Salary Scale Working for Malteser International Malteser International is an equal opportunity employer and welcomes applications from all people, regardless of gender, confession or origin.
