**Job Requirements**We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Engineer to join our team in the Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territory, working closely with distributors, installers, and project developers to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, solar PV, and sales, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. They will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of motivation and self-discipline.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territoryDevelop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targetsBuild and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, installers, and project developersProvide technical support and training to customers and partnersRequirements:Completed studies in the discipline of Electrical or Electronics Engineering (bachelor or master)Solid experience in the solar photovoltaic industry, ideally with solar/hybrid inverters desiredExperience in key account and product management advantageousExperience in managing sales channels with distributors, EPC, and installersHigh proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM systems / SAPGood command of Dutch and English language; German is a plusAbility to work independently and be self-motivatedExcellent organizational and negotiation skillsResidence in the NetherlandsDriving license class B and willingness to travel
