Tasks
* Assisting Technical engineering team with various tasks like equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, JIRA and Service NOW ticketing system management and maintenance
* Developing preventative maintenance plans
* Assisting repairs service providers and providing customer support
* Troubleshooting systems, identifying problems and writing reports
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Technical engineering or engineering in Technical field of, industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related fields, or equivalent experience required
* Very good English language skills, any other language will be a plus
* Experience in working in a team
* Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others
* Excellent computer knowledge
* Development skills of C++, C# and any other development skill will be a benefit
