Are you ready to join us? As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our paid media strategy across key platforms like Meta, Google Ads, and LinkedIn. You’ll work closely with our CRM, and Product Marketing Teams to create a seamless cross-channel experience that maximizes customer acquisition and revenue growth. Agency Collaboration: Manage the relationship with the external agency, ensuring seamless execution, performance alignment, and continuous optimization. Campaign Optimization: Analyze performance data to refine budgets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives for maximum impact. A/B Testing & Innovation: Lead testing initiatives on creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies to drive continuous improvement. Cross-Channel Integration: Align paid campaigns with internal channels (CRM, organic, website) for a cohesive marketing approach. Goal Setting & KPI Management: Define and track channel-specific KPIs, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Stakeholder Communication: Provide leadership and key stakeholders with regular performance updates, insights, and recommendations.
