The mission hast started. We proudly announce that in our Battery Valley we are starting our own battery cell production and the ramp up of our worldwide headquarters for global cell manufacturing. In this, the tasks and requirements of operations are varied. Operations takes care of all production related activities within the battery cell production. Our responsibilities vary from planning, constructing and rolling out the forthcoming battery cell factories. Furthermore, planning and implementing operating functions such as logistics, quality, production and plant management is also key elements within the area of operations.
How you will CELLebrate
* Preparing and coordinating documents for conducting audits in accordance with IATF 16949
* Supervising and supporting internal departments in internal and external system audits, including environmental audits
* Examining and supporting risk assessments to meet IATF 16949 requirements, including identifying and assessing potential risks in quality management and production processes
* Supervising, managing, and moderating FMEA workshops, with follow-up on measures until implementation
* Supporting and maintaining the FMEA database (APIS)
* Carrying out and preparing training for internal employees in risk management, audits, and CE qualifications
* Creating decision sheets to document planning decisions for the responsible committees
What you need for our CELLebration
* Successfully completed (master's) degree in process/chemical/mechanical engineering or similar education
* Several years of professional experience in the automotive industry, including 2 years of professional experience in quality assurance
* National and international travel readiness
* Business fluent English language skills
What else can you bring
* In-depth knowledge of the relevant norms and standards (VDA 6.x, IATF 16949) as well as experience with audit methods
* German and Chinese language skills.
* Very good communication and assertiveness skills and ability to work in a team
* Structured and self-dependent way of working
