This firm is particularly famed for its bespoke advice regarding matters surrounding the media, technology, leisure and entertainment sectors, working with some of the most cutting-edge clients in the industry. Whilst predominantly IP focussed, this law firm works closely with it's other teams including corporate finance, employment, real estate family and dispute resolution practices, offering a well-covered service to its clients. The sort of work expected to be covered by the candidate will include trademark work, IP rights, brand protection and related portfolio work. The role will involve a lot of cross-over with the UK market, and it is intended that the successful candidate will join the firm to very much support and complement the work of one of the firm's existing partners. The Opportunity : This role not only offers the successful candidate an immediate title of partner, but it does so without the need for a significant amount of business. Whilst you will have a nominal amount of business to bring from your own existing clientele, this role is very much focussed on supporting the work and activities of an existing partner at the firm.
