Python Backend Developer

Job Summary
Together with you, we aim to further develop our technology. As a Backend Developer with expertise in AWS, you will support the development team in optimizing and creating new features.
Your Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python frameworks
· Design and implement database structures and queries
· Integrate cloud services and microservices architectures
· Collaborate with frontend developers to implement APIs
· Conduct code reviews and create technical documentation
· Optimize the performance and scalability of existing systems
· Contribute to the conceptualization of new features and technical solutions
Required Qualifications:
· Several years of professional experience in backend development with Python
· Solid working knowledge of relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL)
· Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs
· Familiarity with the AWS cloud platform
· Strong analytical skills and a structured work approach
· Team and communication skills
· Well-organized and agile working style
· Good command of English, both written and spoken
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience with Bash scripting
· Knowledge of graph databases (especially Neptune)
· Understanding of CI/CD processes and DevOps practices
· Experience with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
· Proficiency in version control with Git
· German language proficiency
