Your tasks
6. Resolving faults and service requests via ticket system, telephone or e-mail
7. Qualification, analysis and prompt rectification of incoming IT faults
8. Installation, configuration and commissioning of client systems in the medical environment
9. On-schedule installation or removal and relocation of client systems
10. Creation of documentation and maintenance of the knowledge database
11. Routine administrative tasks, e.g. assigning authorizations, software rollouts and upgrades
12. Support for IT software and IT hardware products
13. Support in project work
Your profile
14. Successfully completed training
15. Professional experience in 1st and 2nd level support for hardware and software faults desirable
16. Confident handling of Microsoft operating systems (from Windows 7) and Microsoft Office (from 2010)
17. Good knowledge of current end devices in the client-server area, such as desktop PCs, thin clients, notebooks and mobile devices
18. Experience with ticket systems desirable, especially OTRS or KIX
19. Ideally experience with remote maintenance systems
20. High IT affinity and technical understanding
21. Excellent written and spoken German, knowledge of English an advantage
22. A high degree of initiative, commitment, flexibility and ability to work in a team
23. Above-average communication skills and strong service orientation
