What you will do
1. Drive incremental business results within a team of Partners managers in various Mid-Market industries by building trust, treating people with dignity and respect, being clear about expectations, setting high ethical standards, and following through on commitments.
2. Act as “a business partner” for our German Sales teams, partners & and their enterprise strategic customer plans
3. Drive targeted, scalable industry sales plays with your team and the full eco system
4. Be business focused on earlier and closer engagements to help drive pipeline velocity & predictability
5. Understand partner C-level teams go to market and support with our corporate ambition in SaaS and Cloud technology – Why Oracle? Why now?
6. Enabling and support partners to ensure they influence customers to select Oracle
7. Grow the quantity with quality of our partner eco system

12. Strong understanding of Software as a Service (SaaS) in management positions (min 5 years)
13. Ability and/or willingness to work in a remote, non-routine and very complex work environment, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills
14. Proven sales experience in channel environment as well
15. Fluent in English and German

As a Channel Sales Representative you will pull partners into Oracle business opportunities and manage third party transactions resulting from the relationship. Identify and develop channel partners committed to selling Oracle products. Facilitate joint selling between channel partners and direct sales team. Increase revenue from partner sources and market share through a leverage partnering model. Identify and develop joint "go-to-market" strategies and lead generation opportunities. Provides accurate and timely management information and revenue forecasts. May educate partners in Oracle commercial practices. Maintains an understanding of Oracle technology and articulates Oracle propositions to partners and their customers. Manage transaction contracts, business practices, and deal booking issues. Work with marketing to plan marketing events for partners.
