Develop a toolkit for change management for transformation projects that can be applied by the project managers for each project
Lead, coordinate, and manage change management activities across various international business processes
Lead stakeholder analysis and Communicate change management plans effectively to teammates and key stakeholders globally for understanding and buy-in
Implement comprehensive training programs to foster a global understanding and adaptation to change
Coordinate with various departments globally to successfully implement changes on an international scale
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Digital Transformation, Supply Chain Management, Design or comparable
Proven experience in leading and implementing global change management initiatives during company wide transformations
Strong understanding of organizational development, change theory, and global business management principles
Excellent communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with the ability to work seamlessly across diverse global teams
Good analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex issues on an international scale
Expertise in influencing others globally to support change and adapt to new processes
Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize multiple tasks in an international context
Familiarity with change management coordination with cross-functional teams on a global scale
