IT Organizer SAP Human Resources (m/f/d)
Ensuring smooth operation in the HCM sub-modules, administration, organizational management, billing / including communication with authorities), time management, travel expenses
Implementation of system adjustments due to legal, collective bargaining and operational regulations, including the implementation of support packages
Administration of system authorizations
Development and support of internal and external interfaces and batch input processing
Further development of the existing SAP HCM module
Support in the implementation of planned projects in the specialist area in all phases of the project life cycle
Design and implementation of training courses and technical support for users
Completed studies in computer science or a comparable field (Bachelor's degree) or successfully completed training as an IT specialist or otherwise acquired relevant specialist knowledge
Sound specialist knowledge of the SAP HCM module and related areas desired
Business management knowledge in human resources management and relevant legal and collective bargaining regulations desired
Basic understanding of technical aspects such as client-server architecture, Adobe Interactive Forms, ABAP development workbench, optional SAP Netweaver Portal, web and database technologies (e.g. HTML5, SQL)
