As the Internal Communication Specialist, you will join our growing global marketing team and have responsibility for the conceptual and operational design of internal global communications, for strategic and operational campaigns. Reporting directly to the Corporate Communications Manager you will work collaboratively with our consultants and Business Services Team. Global Intranet. Together with your colleagues you will take care of the editorial maintenance and further development of our global intranet (Wordpress). Internal Communication. You will create and edit impactful corporate announcements, invitations and lock screens for our BST Departments and inititatives (WomenInverto, DE&I, Sustainability), delivering clear, engaging communication accross regional and global teams. Additionally, you'll support the planning and execution of kex internal events like Town Halls, while tracking, analyzing, and reporting on our internal communications' performance to ensure continuous improvement. WHAT YOU'LL BRING. You have successfully completed a degree in the field of marketing or (corporate) communications and have at least 3-5 years of professional working experience, ideally in a demanding communication role within a matrix structure, where you have gained both operational and strategic knowledge. You are passionate about communications, and you have strong writing and editing skills. You ideally have held a similar role within a professional services company. Native level English required. You pay high attention to detail and are able to work independently. At the same time you show a strong ability to maintain good collaboration with team members and internal stakeholders. You are well-organized and like to take responsibility in a highly professional and engaged team.
