We operate in a high-growth, multi-vertical environment where it’s essential to stay dynamic and think outside the box. We act as hiring partners for managers and directors across all business domains. Main tasks and responsibilities: Managing full-cycle recruitment processes for High Volume roles (mechanics, fleet operations, warehouse workers, etc.). Working closely with hiring managers to understand the positions, team needs, culture, and values. Partnering with different business units. Actively interviewing and selecting exceptional talent and representing Bolt professionally and warmly as the first point of contact. Providing an amazing candidate experience every time. CContributing ideas to improve our processes, employer brand, and hiring. About you: Native or near native proficiency in both English and German. You thrive under pressure and possess excellent stakeholder management skills. 2 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in an agency or in-house. Previous blue-collar recruitment experience and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of key modern social media and recruiting channels. Ability to deliver challenging recruitment projects on time with a startup mindset and hunger to achieve great results.
