Role: Payroll Specialist Location: Essen, Germany, on-site Employment type: Contract DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage employee data, attendance, absences, and leave records. Assist with payroll processing and related accounting tasks. Provide support and guidance on HR-related matters to employees. Issue necessary certificates and documentation. Perform general administrative tasks. Collaborate closely with employees and management. REQUIREMENTS Native or fluent in German (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication, as well as English fluency. Previous experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus. At least 1 years experience in German payroll and labor law. Proficient in using standard office software and productivity tools. Ability to work on-site. High attention to detail. Motivated and committed to professional growth and team development.
