ABOUT THE ROLE We’re looking for a passionate Experience Product Manager to take full ownership of our event product portfolio. This role is not about software—it’s about designing, refining, and evolving physical, experiential, and event-based offerings that captivate and engage our audience. You will be at the forefront of shaping experience-driven products, using data and insights to make informed decisions and continuously enhance our offerings. As the key driver of our experience strategy, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative, and immersive event experiences. In this role, you will also lead and mentor one Experience Product Developer, ensuring alignment with our strategic vision and maintaining a strong focus on creativity, impact, and customer experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Own the entire product portfolio within the experience product category, driving its development, innovation, and long-term strategy Make data-driven decisions to enhance our event product offerings, using insights from customer feedback, analytics, and market research Discover, design, and implement new event concepts that align with our business goals and customer expectations Act as the central expert and point of contact for all aspects of the experience product. Collaborate closely with stakeholders across different teams, including marketing, sales, operations, and customer experience, to align product strategy and execution Lead and manage one Experience Product Developer, ensuring effective teamwork and clear direction Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging innovations to keep our experience product offering competitive and exciting WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Proven experience in (event) product management, experience design, or a related fields Strong ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies Expertise in portfolio management, including evaluating product success, identifying opportunities for growth, and managing the lifecycle of products, from introduction to sunsetting.
