Ta mission As Founding Sales Lead – Germany, your mission is to drive Tomorro’s expansion in the German market, growing our ARR from €50k to several million per year. You will be responsible for closing new customers, building a high-performing sales team, and establishing Tomorro as a key player in the German ecosystem. Your responsibilities Sales & Business Growth Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to establish Tomorro in Germany. Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with a focus on Mid-Market accounts. Build and manage a high-quality sales pipeline in collaboration with SDRs, Marketing, and Growth teams. Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers (C-level, Legal, Procurement, IT, etc.). Team Leadership & Organization Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing German sales team (2 AEs & 2 SDRs). Define and implement a scalable sales playbook for the German market. Set up KPIs and performance tracking to continuously improve sales efficiency. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development Identify and sign strategic partnerships with local players. Represent Tomorro in industry events and networking opportunities to expand brand awareness in Germany.
