We work with some of the world's leading industrial companies, and we're growing fast. Now, we're looking for an ambitious, curious, and proactive sales professional to join us in expanding our footprint across the US market.
Tasks
This is a hybrid role combining the hustle and energy of an SDR with the learning path and responsibilities of a Junior Account Executive. You'll work closely with the Head of Growth USA, and the broader team to both generate pipeline and directly engage with prospects throughout early deal stages.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to accelerate their career in tech sales — while working with real-world manufacturing leaders solving real-world problems.
What You'll Do
Pipeline Generation
* Research and identify target accounts in the manufacturing, industrial, and equipment sectors
* Run highly personalized outbound campaigns (cold email, LinkedIn, cold calls)
* Build and nurture relationships with prospects
* Drive awareness and interest in FINDIQ across key personas
Sales Execution
* Qualify inbound and outbound leads
* Support on discovery calls and initial demos
* Support in scoping pilot projects and building proposals
* Manage early-stage deal activity in Salesforce
Collaboration & Learning
* Partner with marketing to create messaging and campaigns
* Collaborate with the Head of Growth USA on strategy, outreach, and deal execution
* Learn from real customer conversations and develop into a future Sales Executive
Requirements
What We're Looking For
* 1-3 years in a sales development, business development, or entry-level sales role
* Strong communication skills — both written and verbal
* Curious, proactive, and highly organized
* Comfortable speaking with senior leaders at manufacturing companies
* Interest in industrial technology, manufacturing, or SaaS a plus
* Experience with SalesForce or similar CRM a plus
