The Institut National du Cancer (INC) is a non-profit association established on June 25, 2015. The INC’s mission is to contribute to the effective fight against cancer by ensuring that all cancer patients in Luxembourg have access to a structured and standardized clinical pathway, receive appropriate medical care, and help control healthcare costs in oncology. The INC currently plays a key role in implementing Luxembourg’s 2nd National Cancer Plan (2020-2026) and is actively involved in European initiatives that complement and strengthen these national efforts.

Project Manager
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
* Ensure the management of a portfolio of projects throughout their deployment phases, with a particular focus on the organization of national multidisciplinary consultation meetings (RCP).
* Coordinate national RCPs
* Manage the planning of all national RCPs
* Ensure smooth and efficient communication with the various players involved (e.g. hospital clinical staff, medical organizations (CFB and LNS), as well as physicians participating in RCPs).
* Prepare, revise and distribute national RCP reports to physicians and hospital medical directors, in a timely manner.
* Lead the requirements definition process for the implementation of a standardized national RCP management tool, ensuring that the solution supports national initiatives (National Cancer Plan 2020-2026) and certification requirements
* Prepare and analyze annual RCP statistics
* Contribute to the development and implementation of new national RCPs
* Ensure communication and coordination with medical experts from foreign reference centers
* Participate in meetings of the National Cancer Plan Axes corresponding to the Project Manager's activities.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree (Master's, Bachelor's or equivalent) in biology, pharmacy, medicine or public health
* At least three years' experience in project management, preferably in the healthcare sector or in a related field (research, Contract Research Organizations (CRO), biomedical or clinical field).
* Knowledge of the healthcare or cancer sector and the hospital environment is an asset
* Previous experience in research is appreciated
* Knowledge of medical terms/nomenclature is desirable
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while respecting deadlines
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
* High level of autonomy, flexibility and sense of responsibility
* Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Very good knowledge of English and French. Knowledge of German and/or Luxembourgish is an asset.
* Occasional travel throughout Luxembourg and Europe is to be expected.
