Your Duties:Responsible for supporting managers and employees in a defined area from recruitment to departureRecruitment, application management and on-boardingFurther training management together with performance and talent managementHealth managementTrusting cooperation with employee representativesHR controlling by compiling statistics, evaluations, cost planning, etc.Collaboration and management of HR projects (national/international)Management of the department with 2 employees as a substitute for absences The requirements:Successfully completed a degree in business administration with a focus on human resources or a comparable degree or completed commercial training and ideally further training as a human resources specialistSeveral years of professional experience in personnel management and in working with employee representativesVery good knowledge of the MS Office package and a common ERP systemGood knowledge of active sourcingFluent in written and spoken EnglishExperience in dealing with collective bargaining law (IGBCE desirable)High social competence and a good feel for people and situationsYou enjoy working in a team and impress with your strong communication skills and hands-on mentality as well as a high service orientationHigh level of commitment and flexibilityConfident and convincing appearance and the corresponding assertiveness
