Purpose:
Drive the improvement, rollout and usage of global HR reporting processes, solutions and tools supporting the HR strategy throughout the adidas Group.
Key Accountabilities:
* Drive the implementation and enhancements of global HR reporting processes, solutions and tools in alignment with People Analytics function and Global IT
* Design, document and communicate global HR reporting and auditing procedures, guidelines and policies
* Oversee and quality assure execution of global HR reports, statistics and other management information based on global HR data
* Design user manuals, guidelines, policies and other HR data management, reporting and auditing documentation
* Define and initiate audit routines of global HR data in order to enforce high level of data integrity and validity throughout the group
* Create communication and publish global HR reports and statistics to HR and other corporate management teams
* Consult and provide data and reporting expertise in strategic workforce planning and other people data initiatives
* Initiate and manage implementation of innovations and continuous improvements of global HR reporting standards, tools and solutions
* Manage alignment with data protection and data privacy regulations to ensure compliant HR reporting and auditing practices
* Maintain sound business relationship between HR, Finance/controlling, and Global IT
* Initiate and attend regular information exchange and feedback sessions within the global HR Solutions organization
Knowledge, Experience and Capabibilities:
* High level of affinity to and experience with Business computing and Data Warehouse solutions, ideally with SAP HCM and SAP BI
* Analytical, target oriented work style
* Ability to communicate complex subject matters to multiple levels of recipients
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
* International experience and mindset
Qualification:
1. University Degree or Equivalent (MBA, Diploma, BA, etc.)
2. Minimum of 8 years of work experience in an HR governance function
3. Working experience in an international matrix organization
4. Project Management experience
5. Excellent command of English
6. Excellent knowledge of MS-Office applications, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
