International Business Development Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated individual to take on a key role in driving our international business development. As a Junior International Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market reviews, and forming strategic partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:
* Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects.
* Analyze business development activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets.
* Manage project assignments independently in various countries across Europe.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Key stakeholders include country managers, key account managers, and brand managers. You will also coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
Requirements:
* Degree in sales, business development or other related fields.
* Initial professional international experience in the FMCG or pharma sector, preferably in business development or sales.
* Fluent in English; German is a plus.
* High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various international locations.
* Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
