Your potential contribution in a nutshell:
You’ll help GGM Gastro increase customer loyalty in the European market through targeted newsletter marketing, reactivating existing customers and attracting customers’ attention to appropriate offers and information. Together with a strong team of social media, SEO and content designers and developers, you’ll optimise the newsletter marketing channel and enable GGM Gastro to reach and inspire a wide range of target groups and personas. You’ll work in cross-functional teams and continuously develop your online marketing skills
Your mission
* Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you’ll lead the entire newsletter campaign process – from planning to implementation – for all stages of the customer journey, including newsletter design, landing pages and call-to-actions.
* You’ll be responsible for campaign planning and implementation, including the creation of email and WhatsApp automation workflows to send personalised, scheduled emails and messages.
* You’ll establish measures to increase the usage behaviour and conversion rate of recipients of campaign mailings and newsletters.
* You’ll work to constantly optimise our newsletter communication through continuous testing and analysis of the relevant KPIs. As part of this work, you’ll create reports and derive recommendations for action from your analyses.
* You’ll develop, maintain and enrich our newsletter distribution lists, market segmentation and the personalisation of recipient lists.
* As an expert in your field, you’ll develop exciting solutions in consultation with our various specialist departments, with opportunities to showcase your consulting skills.
* You’ll bring creative approaches to aligning content between the newsletter and corresponding landing page.
* You’ll effectively utilise all internal and external channels to acquire subscribers and develop methods for deeper differentiation of the various customer groups.
* You’ll ensure that industry best practices are adhered to.
Your profile
* A degree in marketing/communication or a comparable qualification; alternatively, completion of a relevant programme of vocational training
* 3+ years of professional experience in newsletter marketing
* A keen interest in overseeing exciting content and working according to a market segmentation approach
* An affinity for numbers and excellent analytical skills
* An enjoyment for delving deep into the needs of our customers and getting to grips with the full breadth and depth of our business model
* A confident command of marketing automation and email tools such as Emarsys, Mailchimp, HubSpot or similar systems
* Proficiency in working with CMS tools
* Communication and organisational skills, the ability to work in a team, proactivity and creativity
* A quality-conscious and detail-oriented way of working
* A feel for language that enables you to engage our customers in a persuasive and personal way
* Very good German skills and good English skills (written and spoken)
