Responsible for steering and leadership of the respective hub organization, including staffing, employee development, and target setting. Involvement in demand clarification for the budgeting process. Acting as a business partner and promoting procurement towards stakeholders. Accountable for implementation of global policies, regulations, and standards to ensure conformity with compliance rules within the hub. Plan-to-Strategy Deliver input regarding market developments, innovations, and technology trends and contribute to strategy formulation. Contribute to the development and implementation of category strategies; help business partners in formulation and implementation. Source-to-Contract Accountable for sourcing preparations, executions, awarding, and evaluations, as well as for negotiations on a regional level. Accountable for regional contracts in contract lifecycle management. Purchase-to-Pay Accountable for regional purchase management, evaluating and managing claims on a hub level. Accountable for compliant spend management at the regional hub. Supplier Relationship Management Accountable for regional supplier management in line with category-specific supplier strategy and global supplier management. Support Processes Support all IT project management activities for the procurement area in the respective hub. Your Qualification Proficient understanding of the end-to-end procurement process (Plan-to-Strategy, Source-to-Contract, Purchase-to-Pay). Transformation competences in change management projects and IT/Digital transformation projects. Advanced negotiation skills. Managing supplier relationships, including supplier escalations. Experience with the application of procurement standards (Procurement policies, Standard Operating Procedures, etc.). Legal and regulatory environment know-how, especially locally. Project management skills. Extensive international/domestic market knowledge. Strong analytical skills. Strong influence and communication skills.
