Your tasks will include: Provide inside sales and administrative support for the commercial team in DACH/IT markets Data analysis related to travel trade and corporate accounts Serve as a primary point of contact for service-related topics for contracted preferred accounts Actively handle sales leads and assign them to the respective stakeholder in DACH/IT Maintain and prepare B2B communication Provide customer specific post-ticketing assistance for key business partners Represent LOT Polish Airlines at trade fairs, customer events including out-of-business-hours activities Provide timely and quality responses to contracted trade accounts and corporate accounts in a professional manner Track value added services provided to preferred accounts Provide sales planning and pricing analytics for the commercial team and monitor competitive landscape Monitor and create trade account marketing activities and reporting Act as group sales back-up Our expectations: We are seeking graduates or applicants with equivalent qualification or work experience, who have mandatorily gathered relevant tourism/airline experience (minimum 3 years) in Sales and Marketing You should be able to demonstrate problem-solving capabilities, and the ability and drive to work in a fast-paced and very dynamic business environment Good knowledge of Net fares product and NDC methodology Good knowledge of Amadeus GDS Ability to analyse data and to prepare reports covering NFR performance, share development and trends, as well as understand the major influencing factors in the airline industry Good working knowledge of the Leisure, Trade and Corporate segments Excellent communication skills in spoken and written German and English, having knowledge of Italian would be an advantage Must have the legal right to live and work in Germany Produce high quality results while handling multiple issues simultaneously This position requires a pro-active team player with a positive attitude What can we offer you?
